What is Cole's Happy Mail Club?

Cole's Happy Mail Club is a monthly subscription service that delivers thoughtfully crafted envelopes filled with small surprises designed to brighten your day and inspire you to spread joy to others.

How does the subscription work?

Once you subscribe, you'll receive a happy mail package each month filled with unique items made with intention to bring kindness, creativity, and connection into your life.

When will I receive my first package?

Your first package will be sent at the beginning of the month following your subscription date. Happy Mail Club ships once per month between the 10th–15th. New members who join this month will receive the next month’s Happy Mail delivery.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, by signing into your customer account, using your email or on our website menu. We are also happy to help, if you contact us, we'll process your cancellation.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. Please use the contact us page if you're interested in international shipping. We do plan on opening an international option once we get our sea legs, and figure out our system in the US!
