Shipping policy

Happy Mail Club ships once per month.

Orders placed this month will receive the next month’s Happy Mail delivery, which typically ships between the 10th–15th.

Each envelope is sent via USPS First-Class Mail with a Forever Stamp. Because of this, tracking is not included and delivery times may vary.

If your Happy Mail does not arrive, please reach out to us. We’re happy to help! We will first confirm your shipping address, and if everything looks correct, we will send a replacement.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for mail sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.
