Refund policy

Because each Happy Mail Club package is thoughtfully created and assembled in small batches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on shipped items.

If your Happy Mail arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’re happy to help!

We will first confirm your shipping address, and if everything looks correct, we will send a replacement.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for mail sent to incorrect or outdated addresses
• Refunds are not issued for missed deliveries due to incorrect address information
• Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
